Shopping with ForestDiamonds.com
Payment and Financing Options Terms will be given only after approving a new Forest Account Application. Any merchandise or service that will be given or sold by Forest Diamonds, Inc. (“Forest” or “ForestDiamonds.com”) to you (“Applicant”) is subject to your full agreement to the terms and conditions of the CONSIGNMENT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT located at http://ForestDiamonds.com/Terms.pdf (“Terms”) and to the Memorandum consignment terms and conditions. By excepting any goods from Forest to the Applicant, the Applicant herby accept all such Terms for any dealings between the Applicant and Forest or for any merchandise that will be consigned or sold to the Applicant and/or will be accepted by the applicant employees, representatives, or by anyone at the above address. Applicant and Guarantor acknowledge that they are aware of, have obtained a copy and had an opportunity to fully review them at the URL referenced above.

Shipping
Orders are processed on a first-in-first-out basis. In most cases items that are in stock may be shipped overnight from the day the order is confirmed. Some orders require additional time, a ForestDiamonds.com representative will notify the customer when the item is shipped. The customer can also be notified of courier and tracking number upon request. If an item is out of stock, ForestDiamonds.com will notify the customer within 48 hours.
ForestDiamonds.com uses Federal Express, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service; all shipments require a signature. Delivery is limited to the United States, and cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. The following are standard shipping charges:

All merchandise shipped from ForestDiamonds.com is insured for full value up to the moment of delivery. Once a shipment is accepted and signed for, the customer is solely responsible for the merchandise and any loss or damage which may occur thereafter. Should the return of merchandise to ForestDiamonds.com be necessary, liability for such merchandise shall be assumed by ForestDiamonds.com only upon its ForestDiamonds.com’s customers can always be confident that the item being purchased matches what is described in the corresponding documents. Our commercial inventory is graded by a gemologist in our Israeli Laboratory. Incase of any disagreements with the grading or the terms given, the merchandise must be returned immediately upon receipt and ForestDiamonds.com will pay for all shipping charges.
Protection of our customer’s information is a primary concern. All customer information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Employees are granted access to personally identifiable information on a strict "need to know" basis. ForestDiamonds.com’s employees are kept up-to-date on security and privacy practices. On a frequent basis, and as policies change, employees are notified and reminded about the importance of customer privacy and what they can do to ensure that customer information is protected. Lastly, the servers which store personally identifiable information are located in a secure environment, in a locked facility. If users have any questions about the security at our website, they may send an e-mail to our security officer.

Order Tracking Upon receipt of shipment information, you may track your order at www.fedex.com, www.ups.com, or www.usps.com. International Customers In most cases ForestDiamonds.com can ship items to some cities in the other countries. See Shipping to Other Countries section.
Returns & Exchanges ForestDiamonds.com will accept the return of new, undamaged merchandise, in original condition, with the following provisions:
▪ Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our New York office by calling (800) 990-7247 ▪ Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery in original condition, in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and original shipping papers. All returned merchandise will be inspected by ForestDiamonds.com prior to issuance of refunds or exchanges. ▪ The full cost of the return item will be refunded, EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance costs. ▪ Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. ▪ Diamond returns must be accompanied by the original matching or identifying certificate(s), along with all the original documents issued. Should an original document not included with the merchandise, the customer will be charged a $150 replacement fee for each missing document. ▪ Custom work, special orders, personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless there is an error on the part of ForestDiamonds.com.
